Saturday the 15th the Colts hosted the Ravens. I usually like to stay home and get ready for games but this is playoffs so I headed downtown to do some tailgating. I came across just as many Ravens fans as Colts fans majority of the time, but once i got to the tailgating lots is where the die hard Colts fans were. I also noticed that there was less trash talking from Ravens fans and more joking and just having fun which makes tailgating even more fun when you have two rival teams which mutual respect for each other.
I was able to get a few pictures as well as taking some live video from my iphone, you can watch the clips at ustream.com. Even though the Colts had a long rest that didn’t seem to have an effect like past years, beating the Ravens 20-3.
I didn’t realize how bad the Haiti earthquake was until watch my local news this morning. Which there talking to half a million that could be dead already. So i wanted to take a few minutes with this blog and post a couple donation links if you want to donate and tell you how the Colts are getting involved.
Pierre Garcon- Wide Receiver for the Colts has family in Haiti and is helping with his foundation and I have read on his facebook page (facebook.com/PierreGarcon) from the local news he will be giving autographed items for donations, but do not hold this against me. So a young 20 year old girl is sitting in jail right now just because she took a video of her and her sister in a movie theater while New Moon was playing. She has already been in there for 2 days so far and is possibly looking at 1-5 years in prison if this goes to trial. REALLY?
I dont really understand this that the Usher could snatch that camera and then call the cops. Come on now there is a difference between Piracy and Hanging out. You cant even call this piracy because it never made it to the web. So really why in the world are the tax payer dollars paying for her to sit in jail for this. I do believe Piracy is when you distribute a film or game ect, but 2 minutes and it wasn’t even focused on the movie they were singing Happy Birthday to her sister. Last Month when i went and seen Paranormal Activity i felt robbed from the huge stir about how scary it was, but in reality it was not that great.
